My life is teeming with stories of RESILIENCE during high-pressure moments, shaping the person I've become today. I've intertwined these experiences with the principles of Energy Leadership to establish EX6EED Sports RESILIENCE Academy. My fervor and sports background have led me to establish a platform that can assist young, Top-Performing athletes in enhancing their performance and transforming their lives!
Stratos Kalpakidis
Founder
Stratos is a Certified Professional Coach (C.P.C), an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and he holds a Master's Degree in Business (M.B.A). He received an athletic and academic scholarship while playing competitive soccer in Greece. He enjoyed a successful 30-year corporate career with the same multinational company, working in both Europe and Canada. He is a contented father in a large family with four children, all of whom are involved in competitive sports. Stratos is also an active and passionate marathon runner himself.

Throughout his journey, Stratos has acquired a deep understanding of RESILIENCE, applying it to various aspects of his personal life. His passion lies in coaching mental RESILIENCE to young, top-performing athletes by drawing from his personal experiences and connecting them with the principles of Energy Leadership.
